Lee Woo Jung er en sørkoreansk TV-manusforfatter. Lee er mest kjent for å ha skrevet tvN-tv-dramaene Reply-serien: Reply 1997 (2012), Reply 1994 (2013) og Reply 1988 (2015–2016). Hun skrev også de populære variasjons-reality-programmene 2 Days & 1 Night, Qualifications of Men, Grandpas Over Flowers, Sisters Over Flowers, Youth Over Flowers og Three Meals a Day.
Hun ble gitt en utmerkelse fra presidenten for sitt arbeid med Grandpas Over Flowers ved Korea Content Awards 2013, som berømmet henne for sin skildring av 'fire eldre backpackere med humor og varme'.
